If you want to know everything about the oyster from its birth to marketing (reproduction, farming, maturing, anatomy,…) and discover the oyster farmer’s job.  

- Visit of oyster parks: duration 1 hour. Wear boots or basket shoes (shoes can be lent from sizes 36 to 45). The visit starts before low tide (minimum coefficient: 60) 

Visit of an oyster farm: duration 1 hour. Tasting of oysters for groups on request: 6 oysters + a glass of white wine from Île de Ré.
