Crepes and galettes are made to order from noon to 9 p.m. except on Wednesdays. The bar offers a continental breakfast from 8 a.m. every day. Aperitifs are served from noon every day, perfect for enjoying with friends.

- Seafood: fish straight from the La Rochelle fish market. Sole meunière, skate with salsa sauce, cod and prawn skewers, No. 2 oysters from La Cabane Océane, homemade salmon rillettes, fish soup with croutons, cheese and homemade aioli, etc. (depending on the fish market)
- Land side: grilled meat of the day (France), homemade beef tartare, etc.
- Desserts: homemade gourmet coffee, Tatin-style crêpe with homemade caramel and fleur de sel from Île de Ré, homemade crème brûlée of the day, etc.

Open from early March to mid-December for the hotel and bistro-crêperie. The traditional restaurant is open from Easter to All Saints' Day.
The restaurant will be open from 12pm to 2pm and from 7.30pm to 9pm, and closed every Wednesday lunchtime and evening, and Saturday lunchtime (April to September, subject to reopening).
