Christophe FRIGIÈRE's cuisine is inspired by the market and the sea, grilled over a wood fire in a bistro atmosphere, with a slate that changes according to the whims of the sea and new arrivals... You'll be able to discover, among other dishes: lean meat terrine, Charentaise chowder, wood-grilled sea bass, cuttlefish stew with mouclade sauce, and for meat lovers: rack of lamb with thyme or 5A andouillette.
For dessert, baba cool and poached pear with fleur de sel caramel.
