Since 2013, aromatic plants have been cultivated on 5 hectares in an environmentally friendly manner respecting the environment (organic farming, late mowing of wild plants, no plants, no irrigation) combining the groie soil with the Retais climate after being planted by Gilles Perrin, assisted by his wife Albane.
Cultivation, harvesting, sorting and processing are carried out manually on the farm to respect the environment.
The plants cultivated are resistant to drought and include fine lavender, Italian helichrysum, thujanol thyme, lemon thyme, orange thyme, mountain savory, Greek oregano, Syrian marjoram, sage, lemon verbena, rosemary and wild thyme.
These plants are dried and then sold as herbal teas, blended to create mixtures for cooking, made into syrups or sauces, or even or even put through a still for Lavender and Helichrysum to obtain essential oils and essential oils and floral water !
