Having loved the seaside since childhood, I was able to realise my dream 10 years ago of moving to the Ile de Ré. It was in 2018 that La Conciergerie de Louise began offering to help owners from far away to welcome their tenants in the best possible conditions. I was offered an opportunity to continue in this vein, and it was by recalling the many pleasant memories of family holidays on this magnificent island that I decided to try my hand at the adventure in 2020 and be able to allow future tenants to create their own pleasant memories.

Today, we can offer 18 accommodations, all different, located between Rivedoux and La Couarde sur mer, more or less large, with or without exterior, which have already satisfied many tenants and generated more than 500 comments, and an average quality rating of 4.77 / 5. It is with pleasure that I keep my SUPERHOST status (reviewed every 6 months) since the beginning of my business. This status, on the Airbnb platform, gives my listings greater visibility from the moment they are created.
