Île de Ré Chocolats

Île de Ré Chocolats has been welcoming you to the heart of the Ile de Ré since 1995. Eric Vallégeas invites you to come and see how his specialities, such as ‘pommes de terre’, cognac specialities and caramels with fleur de sel, are made in the laboratory.

Île de Ré Chocolats is an Île de Ré institution, based in the village of Saint-Martin de Ré. Artisan Chocolatier Éric Vallégeas has created regional specialities using local produce such as PDO butter from Poitou-Charentes and fleur de sel from the Île de Ré.

SHOP OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND:
9.30am to 1pm and 2.30pm to 7pm
Monday to Saturday in July and August; Tuesday to Saturday the rest of the year.

VISITS WITH A DEMONSTRATION BY A CHOCOLATE MAKER AND TASTING:
- During school holidays (except Christmas): one visit at 3.30pm Tuesday to Friday
- In July and August: one visit at 11am and one at 3.30pm from Monday to Friday.

Adults (aged 10 and over): €5/person
Children (aged 5 to 10): €3/person
Children (under 5): free

GROUPS :
By reservation: 6€/pers
