Each flavor has its own personality. At La Martinière, we make a point of respecting the integrity of the ingredients as closely as possible. That's why our ice creams have typical textures, depending on the flavour chosen: slightly glittery lemon, delicately pasty mango... We choose the best quality ingredients, use little sugar, few stabilizers and little air. Our ice creams capture the quintessence of the ingredients.
