Flour, water and salt are the only ingredients!
As a 100% organic bakery, we use mostly local ancient wheat flours, and our fermentations are carried out with natural sourdough. These long fermentations guarantee flavor development, excellent digestibility and optimal preservation.
Our range of breads reflects the diversity of the cereals we use, varying not only in taste (with subtle notes or character) but also in texture (tight crumb or honeycombed crumb): each with its own distinctive character!
And for the sweet tooth: brioches, pains au cacao, cookies, galettes charentaises, financiers and our famous kouign-amann every Tuesday and Friday.
