Flour, water and salt are the only ingredients!
We are a 100% organic bakery, using mainly local ancient wheat flours and natural sourdough for our fermentation. These long fermentations guarantee the development of flavours, excellent digestibility and optimal conservation.
Our range of breads reflects the diversity of the cereals we use, varying in flavour (with subtle notes or character) and texture (tight crumb or honeycombed crumb): each with its own character!
And for sweet treats: brioches, pains au cacao, cookies, galettes charentaises, financiers and our famous Kouign-amann every Tuesday and Friday.
