Our top-fermented, unfiltered, unpasteurized, GMO-free and organic beers retain all the aromas of malt and hops. The carbon dioxide comes from refermentation in the bottle, and the yeast deposit is a guarantee of quality. We use no artificial flavors, fruit purées or syrups. In fact, all our "aromatic inputs" come from fruit or flower infusions.
In keeping with the concept of local identity, each beer is named after a word borrowed from the local dialect, and its meaning is specified on the label.
