Your clients will be welcomed by a perfectly bilingual (English) 4 and 5* hotel professional. We anticipate the arrival of your clients by making an initial telephone call on our initiative, with a view to making an appointment on site, between 9am and 10pm.

On arrival, a welcome basket and a bouquet of flowers are waiting for them; basket adaptable to your wishes according to the property and the clients. The beds can be made, we manage the linen.
We will show them the property, give them the keys, do the inventory of fixtures and, except for Airbnb and if necessary, collect your deposit and signed contract (deposit by cheque in your name and contract signed between you and the tenant).
We will also explain to them where to find the garbage room, where and how to park, ... in short, all the questions one naturally asks when arriving in a holiday destination, including the first tourist information (beaches, restaurants, bars, ...). Our support does not stop at the reception: we are at their disposal during the whole stay, 7/7.

Our concierge service can also be offered to you on your own: you manage the marketing and the cleaning!
