Stand up paddle avec Sup Évasion

SUP Evasion proposes walks discovering the natural spaces of the island of Ré which have obtained the label "Walks and nautical hikes".
The stand up paddle is the ideal and ecological way to observe the fauna, the flora of the shores and the salt marshes of the island, to discover secret and preserved places.
During a guided SUP ride in these calm and soothing natural spaces, listen to the local history of these sites classified NATURA 2000 and RAMSAR.

The stand up paddle or SUP is a very easy to navigate nautical activity allowing to walk along the coasts and to tone its body in a gentle natural position. You know how to swim, that's all you need to do SUP.
This is the easiest way to learn to slip on the water.

Jordane and Charles welcome you to the school of stand up paddle SUP Evasion on the beach of the Prises in La Couarde sur Mer to make you share their passion.
Both are holders of the Sport Educator's Certificate.

Activities proposed from April to November:
- Workshops for children and adults
- Introductory sessions
- Sup Yoga
- Rental (wide choice of SUP)
- Hiking takes place from La Couarde sur Mer, Loix or Les Portes en Ré. For all levels including beginners.

The school Sup Evasion is accredited youth and sport.

Different packages adapted for groups: bachelor parties, school boards, youth services, sports clubs, seminars, special events.
