Ile de Ré Voile, the sailing school in La Couarde-sur-Mer, welcomes you from April to September on the Prises beach.
Discover windsurfing on equipment suitable for beginners (sails from 2 to 6m²). This windsurfing course will teach you the basics of windsurfing: handling the equipment, keeping your balance, understanding the direction of the wind and making your first U-turns.
Sailing lessons are given by an instructor qualified by the French Sailing Federation (FFV).
Age: from 10 years upwards.
Levels: beginner to intermediate.
Class days and times: Monday to Friday, 10am to 12pm (subject to change during the Easter holidays).
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the session.
Equipment provided: shorty wetsuit, lifejacket.
Equipment to bring: swimming costume, windbreaker (k-way type), waterproof shoes. This list is not exhaustive and must be adapted to the weather.
Prices: 1 session €40 - 2 sessions €70 - 3 sessions €100 - 4 sessions €125 - 5 sessions €150.
All activities are supervised by a team of professionals: qualified and experienced instructors.
