Production of herbs and edible flowers, certified organic wild harvesting

The "Violette et Capucine" garden grows edible flowers, herbs and rare plants. All the produce is certified organic and grown on living soil in La Flotte en Ré. These products, intended for professional chefs, are also transformed for lovers of exceptional flavours.
