The DNA of the Bières de Ré brewery is also an innovative spirit committed to sustainable development, whether in the development of its recipes, with no preservatives or additives, in the local or regional preference of its supplies, or in its production system designed to minimize energy consumption. Les Bières de Ré also recycles its spent grains and waste (bags of malt recycled by an environmental association).
It's hardly surprising when you're so attached to the beauty and preservation of the landscapes of the Ile de Ré.
