Meet at 9.30am in front of the reception desk in La Couarde and set off for ‘Les Rondes de Ré’ to visit Laurent's farm from 9.45am to 10.30am. Cycle to Cédric's marsh for 30 minutes, then explore the marsh from 11am to 11.45am (salt marsh or glasswort field, subject to weather conditions), then explore the marsh from 11am to 11.45am. Cycle to "L'Abeille de Ré" in Loix, 30 minutes and visit from 12:15 to 12:45. Return to the starting point at around 1.30pm.
