Energy is at the heart of social, economic, environmental, societal and geopolitical issues.
We are faced with several very contrasting scenarios. Political choices will involve situations,
guided by these scenarios, with decisive consequences, positive or negative, for our society, our way of
life and our future. The conference will establish some fundamental benchmarks and put into perspective
the structural elements at the French, European and global levels.
