Visit the ‘La Jalousie’ fish lock by the association Les bâtisseurs de l'Estran, as part of the European Heritage Days.
The association ‘Les bâtisseurs de l'Estran’ will be showing you the history of fish locks, the techniques used to build them, how they work, the various fishing tools, the different species of fish and how fishing towers work.
Come and visit the ‘La Jalousie’ lock at Sainte-Marie de Ré.
Meet at the Maladrerie car park, at the end of the rue du Petit Labat.
