Exhibition and watercolour workshop in the marshes of Ars-en-Ré

Cécile Collas works in watercolour, where abstract expressionism pays homage to nature. Each canvas, like a memory capsule, records a moment of well-being in a specific place. Her gentle works are an invitation to meditation.

On show from 5 to 13 July in Aurélie Courcier's studio at 29 rue de Chanzy in Ars-en-Ré, with a visit at the weekend.

Calling all budding artists!
Artist Cécile Collas is offering an introductory watercolour workshop in a friendly, feel-good atmosphere. She loves the simplicity of this medium and the interplay of water and pigments. She will guide you through the basics so that you can paint with pleasure. Then the experience continues with a contemplative stroll through the salt marshes of Ars-en-Ré. Nourished by the beauty of the landscape, you'll then have the chance to paint 2 works with the help of her benevolent eye.
