The Fleur de Sel Festival will take place at Les Portes. It will highlight the traditional know-how of the salt-marsh workers and offer an immersion into the world of salt marshes.
A 3,000 m2 village awaits you at the Pointe à Chabot in Les Portes-en-Ré from 10am to 7pm, with 5 areas to discover the world of salt, from the salt marshes to the plate!
