Meet in front of the Ars-en-Ré reception desk at 9.15am and set off through the marshes towards Les Portes-en-Ré. Meet Hervé the salt-marsh farmer and visit the Roc marsh from 10am to 11am. Continue to Ferme des Baleines. A 30-minute ride to discover the farm from 11.30am to 12.15pm. To round off the tour, a 15-minute drive to Tagada, where you will meet the ‘rebel’ potato grown by Frédéric from 12.30 to 1.00 pm.
