The Île de Ré is getting ready to host ‘Les Rendez-vous de l'Île de Ré’, a unique event celebrating the sea, maritime heritage and conviviality.
A programme packed with discoveries and festivities.
10.00am - 1.30pm: Grounding of the heritage ships on the ‘La Clavette’ beach - an exceptional opportunity to discover the hulls of these emblematic boats and chat with the sailors over a drink and an oyster tasting.
15h30 - 17h30: Grand maritime parade in the bay of La Flotte, where sailing ships and heritage vessels will offer a majestic spectacle on the Atlantic waters.
17h30 : Gathering of the heritage ships before they enter the port, creating a moment of sharing and emotion between sea lovers.

This year, ‘Les Rendez-vous de l'Ile de Ré’ has a big surprise in store: the name of the guest ship will be revealed in a few days' time. A deliberate choice to maintain the mystery and arouse the curiosity of enthusiasts and the curious alike.
What majestic vessel will be docking? A legendary sailing ship? An iconic military vessel? Or perhaps a silhouette from another continent?

6.30pm - 9.30pm: Festive atmosphere with sea shanties and @laguinguettedePeggy, for a musical moment in the heart of the island.
6.00pm - 10.30pm: Oyster bar, in partnership with the Association des producteurs d'huîtres de l'Île de Ré, to savour the gastronomic treasures of the Île de Ré.
22:30: Grand musical fireworks show, fired into the bay of La Flotte, offering an 800-metre façade of fireworks synchronised with immersive music.
23:00 - 1:00: Enchanting illumination of the heritage ships, which will transform the waters into a veritable light show.
Closing the event with @LoveBoatOrchestre, who will take you on a musical cruise on the seas of the world, from 11pm until 12.30am, to dance under the stars and extend the party.
