- Saturday: Kai Men Shi ("Opening the Gates of Practice"), Wuxing Quan (Xingyiquan Five-Element Fist of "instinctive form" from the San Yiquan school), Tui Shou (hand thrusts and applications).
- Sunday: Yijinjing Xisuijing (muscle/tendon cleansing and Bodhidharma marrow/quintessence purification (Daruma, Damo, Putitamo...)) following the Southern Shaolin transmission bequeathed by Master Yuan Yik Kai Patriarch (Sigung).
Tao Yin Fa Qigong: energetic practice of Lingbaoming (Ling Pao Ming - Clarity of the Scarlet Jewel), standing (Zhan) and seated (Zuo) form.
