Louise, a former maths student, has turned to stand-up comedy... She talks about her family, especially her mother. Following a scathing sketch, mother and daughter have not spoken to each other for almost three years. Lacking inspiration, Louise decides to return to her mother's house to attend the big family event: Mother's Day. This will be an opportunity for her to reconnect with her brothers Gabriel and Ziggy, accompanied by their spouses. As everyone gets to know each other, the mother's absence is surprising and then worrying.
