The Ile de Ré is bursting with delicacies, each more delicious than the last, and its rich terroir has earned it a good reputation, whether for salt, oysters or wine.

A fascinating bike tour punctuated by meetings with local producers who will let you taste the product of their know-how.

This tour includes :
- A meeting with an oyster farmer, where you'll taste delicious oysters accompanied by a glass of Ré wine.
- A meeting with a saunier to discover the richness of this "white gold" so dear to the island.
- A tasting of a by-product of Ré viticulture: a succulent dessert to round off your visit.
