The Ile de Ré is bursting with delicacies, each more delicious than the last, and its rich terroir has earned it a good reputation, whether for salt, oysters or wine.

A fascinating biking tour punctuated by meetings with local producers who will let you taste the products of their expertise.

This tour includes :
- A meeting with an oyster farmer, where you'll sample some delicious oysters accompanied by a glass of wine from the Retais region
- A meeting with a salt producer to discover the richness of this "white gold" so dear to the island
- A tasting of one of the by-products of winegrowing on the island: a delicious dessert to round off the visit.

Length of visit: 3 hours
