This 20 km loop takes you through the villages of Ars-en-Ré, Saint-Clément-des-Baleines and Les Portes-en-Ré. Please note that some sections require you to be on foot.

Guidebook with maps/step-by-step

Set off from Le Martray towards the village of Ars-en-Ré. Cross the harbour and head for Les Portes-en-Ré.
Follow the cycle path through the salt marshes to the village of Portes-en-Ré.
Then pick up the cycle path again in the forest to reach the Baleines lighthouse and then the village of Saint-Clément-des-Baleines.
Finish the loop by returning to the village of Ars-en-Ré.
