    Leaving the reception office, turn left towards the sea and join the promenade 50 metres away.
    Turn left and follow the promenade along the sea for 300 metres. Stop at the children's playground for younger and older children.
    Continue straight ahead along the promenade for about 80 metres and cross the protected crossing to reach Cours Eugène Chauffour.
    Turn left and follow Cours Eugène Chauffour for 230 metres.
    At Square du 11 Novembre, at the entrance to the market car park, turn immediately right into the small alley and follow it for 130 metres.
    Turn left to reach the market 50 metres away.
    To leave the market, turn right to reach Rue du Marché 50 metres away.
    Turn left onto Rue du Marché and follow it for 70 metres.
    Then turn right onto Rue Gustave Dechézeaux and immediately left at the Saint-Pierre crossroads.
    Take the first alley on the left and walk 130 metres.
    Turn right into the alley (20 metres) and then right again into Rue des Jardins for 80 metres.
    Turn left onto Rue Gaston Lem for 100 metres and then left again onto Ruelle des Puits Doux, walking 80 metres.
    Turn right onto Rue André Favreau, walk 20 metres and turn left onto Rue de Montcereau for 40 metres.
    At the car park, take Rue du Calvaire, which runs alongside the car park on the right for 280 metres, or stop off at Clos Biret (shaded picnic area and playground).
    Turn left onto Rue de la Sauzaie, cross Route de Rivedoux and take Rue de la Mer opposite (60 metres).
    Continue straight ahead along Rue de la Mer for 180 metres until you reach the beach, where you can go swimming.
    Turn left and go around the port via Quai de Sénac, returning to your starting point in front of the La Flotte tourist office 250 metres away. In front of the office, there is a carousel for children! (open from April to All Saints' Day, opening days and times
