I love the woods and fields of the Ile de Ré! The bewitching scent of immortals, the peppery taste of wild rocket, goat orchids, rabbits, foxes, scops owls... trees that whisper stories! Let's see the forest in a different way, let's savour the song of the birds and some of the secrets of the local flora through the woods, fields and vineyards. Tales, botany, history. I also know the secrets of bees. Each walk is different, nothing is imposed, depending on what we find and observe.
