Pony rides in the forest, held by parents, for children aged 18 months and over.
Our ponies are gentle and kind, familiar with contact with children and used to the circuit.
Children must wear a standard helmet, adjusted by us, until the rider has dismounted.
The pony's lead rope must be held by an adult.
An adult may only hold one pony at a time.
Wear comfortable shoes and clothing suitable for walking in the sand and accompanying children.
The adult must be in good physical condition and not be afraid of ponies, so as not to be likely to let go at the wrong moment.
Don't shout or make big gestures to frighten the pony.
Listen to the safety instructions given at the start of the ride.
The ride must be at a walking pace.
Do not let the pony graze.
You must hold the pony at all times.
Stand level with the pony's neck, with your right hand on the lead rope near the snap hook, and your left hand holding the flow of the lead rope without wrapping your hand around the lead rope.
When riding with several ponies, respect the set order of the line of ponies, don't take distances.
Cycling:
Make sure you use the official cycling routes, and don't follow the suggestions of some GPS systems to cut through the forest. The paths are sandy and impassable by bike: https://www.calameo.com/iledere/read/00000394945bb2b412f1f
