Classes include asanas (postures), pranayamas (breathing techniques) and relaxation techniques such as short meditations or yoga nidra (sleep yoga). The pranayamas taught are gentle and calming.
All these techniques are taught while gradually developing our awareness and knowledge of the practices themselves and their effects on our body and mind.

Free, conscious participation to enable everyone to come to class.
