Come and visit the artisan chocolatier on the Ile de Ré
Île de Ré Chocolats has been welcoming you to the heart of the Ile de Ré since 1996. Eric Vallégeas invites you to come and see how his specialities such as "pommes de terre", cognac and fleur de sel caramels are made in the laboratory.
Visits are accompanied by a chocolate-maker's demonstration and a tasting session:
- During school vacations (except Christmas), June and September: one visit at 3:30 pm, Tuesday to Friday.
- July and August: one visit at 11am and one at 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Groups: on reservation: 5 €/pers.
