Harmonise your body and mind through a practice in the heart of nature on the Ile de Ré with two experienced and caring teachers. Recharge your batteries with a session for all ages and levels.
Through postural practice, we aim to rebuild, strengthen and fluidify all our body's systems (muscular, nervous, respiratory, digestive, endocrine, etc.), and reconnect with areas of our body that are lying fallow, so that our vital energy, Prana, can circulate without hindrance.
At each session, guided meditation and relaxation exercises accompany the dynamic practice of the asanas, the idea being to create space and strength in both body and mind.
Sessions take place throughout the season, from April to the end of September:
On Gros Jonc beach :
- every Monday and Wednesday at 8am
- Monday to Friday at 9.30am
- every Saturday at 10.30am
On the Gollandières beach :
- every Tuesday at 8pm by reservation by phone or SMS.
