Courses from April to the end of October
Harmonise your body and mind by practising in the heart of nature on the Ile de Ré with two experienced and caring teachers. Recharge your batteries with a session for all ages and levels.
Through postural practice, we aim to rebuild, strengthen and fluidify all our body's systems (muscular, nervous, respiratory, digestive, endocrine, etc.), and get back in touch with our body's dormant zones, so that our vital energy, Prana, can circulate without hindrance.
At each session, guided meditation and relaxation exercises accompany the dynamic practice of asanas, the idea being to create space and strength in both body and mind.
Sessions take place throughout the season, from April to the end of September:
- Plage des Anneries: every Monday and Thursday at 9.30am
- Plage du Peu Ragot: every Friday at 9.30am

Private sessions outside or at home, hen parties, companies... (beginner to advanced, yoga therapy, seniors, pregnant women, children's yoga, bath and/or sound massage)
