Saint-Martin-de-Ré reception office

It provides you with complete documentation on the area (map of cycle paths, timetables of connections, calendar of events, availability of accommodation, etc.) and can give you information on other sites and regions in France.

The reception office has been awarded the "Famille Plus" and "Tourisme et Handicap" labels, as well as the "Famille Plus" and "Qualité Tourisme" labels, and is adapted to receive our visitors in the best possible conditions. On request, the staff can provide you with documentation in Braille or large print and a magnetic loop is available to all.

Many services:
* The possibility of creating a personalised digital travel diary according to your criteria (dates of stay, type of stay, etc.),
* screens offering the next activities on the Ile de Ré (and the possibility to book them),
* a shop offering products associated with the area, various books on the Ile de Ré (including the Ile de Ré topoguide with its hiking trails) and the range of "Destination Ile de Ré" articles. Sale of the Monnaie de Paris and the Trésors de France medal (with the effigy of the Vauban fortifications of Saint-Martin de Ré).
* A ticket office for the Inter-Island Cruises to the island of Aix, the shuttles to La Rochelle, the excursions around Fort Boyard, but also all boat departures from the port of Saint-Martin de Ré. Tickets for the Aquarium in La Rochelle (at the same price, allowing quicker access). The Saint-Martin Welcome Office also offers year-round tours of the Vauban fortifications, and in season, guided tours of the town and old Saint-Martin, not forgetting family or historical walks.
* A free WiFi area is at your disposal, as well as a table and chairs, a children's area with games, colouring boards, a changing table and toilets for people with reduced mobility and Tourism and Handicaps services (on request).

Within the framework of the Quality Approach set up by the Saint-Martin-de-Ré Welcome Office for the reception of families, the structure is referenced by the Family Plus Label. Service providers have joined us for the reception and services to families. The welcome for all is also our motto.
