    welcomes you all year round in Loix on the Ile de Ré, in 1,700m² of new buildings and adapted to let you discover its activities around the preservation of
    documents.
    Nearly 36 professionals work on conservation, restoration of documents, and are specialized in Restoration of iconographic documents, binding and restoration
    of binding (from the Middle Ages to the present)
    In order to discover all of its activities, guided tours of the Atelier (50 minutes) are available on reservation on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
    You will discover the specialists at work and the different professions and know-how exercised within the Atelier Quillet.
    Introduced in 2015, bookbinding courses allow you to create your own book in the mornings (9:30 am - 12:30 pm) or afternoons (1:30 pm - 4:30 pm) and let you
    discover this traditional craft in only 5 days!
    A real space devoted to book lovers, the bookshop offers the possibility to discover nearly 7,000 old and used books from the 16th to the 21st century as well as
    a space of more than 5,000 Comic Stripes where everyone will find its happiness.
    It is also the opportunity to discover a collection of posters and old maps as well as one of the most beautiful collections of postcards of the Ile de Ré. Open all
