Located 500 metres from Cible Beach and just 700 metres from the port of Saint-Martin, this comfortable cottage offers an idyllic setting for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. With shops (150 m) and cycle paths (50 m) just a stone's throw away, you can do everything on foot or by bike!

The maisonette, which is the perfect size, is completely private with independent access and an enclosed space within the owners' villa.
Tastefully decorated and very comfortable: a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, television, internet, and a sofa bed (Simmons mattress 45kg/m3) for cosy nights. The mezzanine bedroom has a Bultex Scientific mattress for a restful night's sleep.
There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC. The beds will be made on your arrival for your comfort.

Outside, a 14 m² private terrace awaits you with a plancha grill and garden furniture for al fresco dining.

For your convenience: private parking for vehicles and bicycles, as well as 150 Kwh of electricity and 2m3 of water per week included in the booking. Any excess will be charged at the current rate.

Dogs (-10kg) accepted, subject to approval by the owner.
Cats are no longer accepted.
