Located in the village of La Noue - Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, one of the most traditional and typical on the Ile de Ré, 300 m from shops and 500 m from the beach, the Le Petit Bois residence and its 11 tastefully decorated, single-storey houses welcome you from February to the end of December in a calm, flower-filled setting in the heart of a 2,500 m² garden planted with trees.

The residence is equipped with a large swimming pool heated to 28°C, free laundry facilities (with washing machine and tumble dryer), private parking for each house, premium Wi-Fi with relays in each house, a games room (table tennis, table soccer, billiards, children's games, books, etc.), and bike rental with or without electric assistance.

Each of the 11 houses, all similar, comprises :
- 42 m² of living space
- 22 m² private courtyard with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs and sunshade
- one bedroom with a 140 cm bed
- bedroom with two 80 cm beds
- living room with non-convertible 3-seater sofa
- a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living/dining room: dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction/vitroceramic hob, fridge, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, teapot and kettle
- bathroom with walk-in shower
- WC
- complete equipment
- sheets and comforter covers supplied
- 2 LCD TV screens
- mobile air-conditioning system

Stay details :
- weekly for July-August (Saturday to Saturday)
- à la carte for the rest of the year, subject to availability
- minimum stay 3 nights
