Charming 3 star studio with superb view of the port and the sea in a building with elevator.
Reception for 2 people, surface of 27 m ²

The apartment is in new condition and located in the center of the marina. Its position on the second floor with elevator and its 2 large windows with high acoustic performance, facing the port and the sea, the refined decoration will make you spend a relaxing and calm stay. The covered market and its shops at less than 100 meters make the stay very pleasant.
The arrival in the studio is done by a corner entry having access on the stay, and the kitchen.

The living room has 2 large windows with a view of the port and the sea and a beautiful stone wall. A top-of-the-range sofa, Rapido system integrates a 160 cm bed with comfort bedding. The recent openings allow to enjoy the life of the port and the colors of the island in a silence and in any discretion. There is an American kitchenette with a bar.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink and a sliding glass shower, as well as a toilet.

The equipment: Refrigerator, multifunction oven, induction cooker, electric kettle, toaster, citrus press, mixer, Nespresso machine, washing machine with dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Hair dryer, large flat screen TV USB HDMI
Wifi is broadcast by the apartment's Box.

Other information:
Cleaning at the end of the stay 40€ is mandatory during the months of July and August.
