We offer you our holiday home in the town of Sainte-Marie-de-ré, 50 m from Place d’Antioche. It is perfect for a family with children and/or two couples! You can walk to the market which is present every day in summer. There is a good restaurant on the square, a tobacconist and the bike rental company is 100 m away on foot.

The house has an area of 80m² and is made up of three bedrooms.

Two bedrooms with 160 cm bed and one bedroom with two bunk beds ampm. There are also two bathrooms with toilets (one on the ground floor and the other upstairs). There is also an equipped kitchen, a dining room table and a small living room with television.

Outside, you will find a shaded terrace and a small enclosed garden not overlooked.
There is no wifi but the G4 works pretty well.

Parking is paid in summer but there is free parking in the village (on the street next to the Carrefour Market).
