Apartment F2 all comfort for 3 to 4 persons, in a quiet and closed residence with a beautiful view on a nice park, on the village and its church. Close to the shops and the port of Saint-Martin de Ré, near the beach of Saint Martin and not far from those of Bois-Plage en Ré. This apartment is bright, located on the 1st floor, facing south and west, so sunny. It is equipped with new materials, is well maintained, and was recently completely redone.
It has an entrance with a large closet and closet, a toilet separated from the bathroom with bathtub, a living room equipped with a very comfortable sofa bed, with an American style kitchen, a separate bedroom with two single beds that can be either separated or attached. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, electric plates, microwave oven, mini-oven, dishwasher, washing machine and all the necessary dishes.
The parking lot, reserved for the apartment, is located just under the west window of the apartment. Locked bicycle garage in the residence.
The apartment is located in a small residence which has a pleasant, enclosed and well-maintained communal garden.

To meet the sanitary requirements of Covid-19, Marseille soap and disinfectant for the floor are at your disposal as well as a poster indicating the necessary recommendations to respect. You will have to bring your own fitted sheets, top sheets, pillowcases, for the double bed as well as for the two single beds (90x180), and of course your personal toiletries and cleaning items.
Possibility of cleaning at the end of the stay (Price: 50 Euros). A disinfection will be done after each stay.
