A fireplace with pellets is present in the living room.

For families with young children, equipment is available free of charge: a children's bathtub, two high chairs, a foldable bed.
For young and old, board games, books and DVDs are at your disposal.

The house is located in the village of Saint Clément in a very quiet street close to shops (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, bookstore, etc.), not far from the Cote Sauvage and cycle paths.
A market is organized every day on the village square during school holidays.
From November to March, the market takes place twice a week.
200 meters from the house you will find 3 restaurants, 2 of which are open all year round.
In the surrounding area: the most beautiful marshes are 2 km away, La Conche beach 3 km away and the Phare des Baleines 3 km away.
