Bed and Breakfast in the heart of the historic district of Saint-Martin-de-Ré

La Martinoise Patio is an old Rhétan house that has been completely renovated using traditional materials, located 5 minutes from the harbour and shops.

You will appreciate the warm atmosphere created by the wood panelling, old terracotta tiles and fireplace.

Depending on the season, La Martinoise Patio is open

- either as a charming 140 m² holiday home that can accommodate 8 people with a private patio,

- or as a bed and breakfast/guest house with breakfast service.

The house is located a stone's throw from the historic Porte des Campani and a 5-minute walk from the port and shops.

The guest house has two double rooms (Salicorne and Trémière) and a family suite (Chardon).
Breakfast is served at La Martinoise Garden.
There is a garage for storing bicycles.
Non-smoking accommodation, pets not allowed.
