Charming village house, completely renovated, very bright, in a quiet street 2 minutes from the centre, beaches and cycle paths.
It has a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a wood-burning stove for winter use, and a private, peaceful courtyard.

The house comprises a large living area on the ground floor with a kitchen opening onto the lounge, living room and courtyard.
The kitchen is very well equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Senseo espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, etc.).
There is a WC on the ground floor.
Upstairs you will find 3 beautiful bedrooms, one facing the courtyard with a 160cm bed, and 2 facing the street, each with 1 single bed and 2 single beds (which can be joined together to make a double bed).
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, 1 WC and a heated towel rail.

You can relax in the courtyard in a deckchair in the shade of the olive tree or have your meals. A barbecue is available.

Bicycles can be attached to rings on the pavement, or brought into the courtyard for the night.
