La Couarde is ideally situated in the heart of the island. All the villages are within cycling distance and the cycle paths are close to the house.
The sea is 700m away on either side: to the south, the Grande Plage on the wild coast is ideal for swimming.

On the ground floor, the fully-renovated house comprises a fully-equipped kitchen (hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso coffee machine, toaster, etc.), a toilet and a living room with TV area. The lounge opens onto a very quiet patio, with garden furniture.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (double bed 160 and 2 single beds), and the shower room with walk-in shower and heated towel rail.

Bed linen and towels can be hired (€20/person to be paid on arrival).
