Little Paradise

Our little paradise was built in an old agricultural winery by our parents, enlarged and fitted out two years ago to accommodate our family.

A garden of 100 m², equipped with a bench and 6 deckchairs, a garden table and 6 chairs and two shade cloths in front of the kitchen. The fig tree will also offer you its shade.

The kitchen is equipped with a multi-function oven, steam oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, central bar style island with induction hob and extractor hood. Pots and pans with removable handles. Salad spinner, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. 12 dinner plates, 12 soup plates and 12 dessert plates. Cutlery, baking dishes, serving dishes and salad bowls.

Behind the kitchen is a workshop style bay window which leads to a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer, an ironing board, a hoover and a sponge broom. To the right is a separate WC, to the left is a shower room with velux window and a hairdryer plus Acova radiator.

To access the living room, you go down 5 steps. The table with extension and 6 chairs, 3 seater sofa with cover. Coffee table and 4 rattan armchairs with cushions.

On the same level a double bedroom (bed 160) with wardrobe and cupboard.

On the first floor, to the right of the stairs, 1 double bedroom with a 140cm bed, wardrobe and cupboard as well as a pine chest of drawers, a table and an armchair.

On the left: extra room ideal for a baby (bed, changing mat and play mat), cupboard and a large closed wardrobe.

Last room with 2 single beds of 80 cm which can be joined together. Large cupboard and wardrobe, beautiful view of the black and white bell tower of the Ars church and the Romanesque tiled roofs.

Finally a shower room with WC with window and vmc.

For parking: Car park at the Grange or car park on Rue des Ormeaux and Rue du Corneau.
