Small typical house in La Flotte, in an enclosed site, on the seafront. 300m from the port and the shops.

Composed of a kitchen- living room with seaview, two rooms, a shower room and a laundry. A corridor serves a double bedroom (160cm), a bedroom with two single beds (possibility to combined them), a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
A laundry room with washing machine will also allow you to store your bicycles.
A terrace, garden of 40m ² opens you a direct access to the sea.

Pets allowed after agreement of the owner.
Rates according to period : from 500 to 1500 euros
