A deposit of €2,000 is required on arrival to cover damage to walls and furniture. This will be returned in full if no damage is found at the end of your stay.
Cleaning deposit 150 € (this deposit will be cashed only if the house is returned in an excessively dirty condition).
Cleaning fee of €150 is compulsory and must be paid on conclusion of contract.
