A very pretty house in the historic center of Saint-Martin, close to the port and the beach.

This early 19th-century character property combines old-world charm with modern comfort. Located in the historic centre of Saint-Martin-de-Ré, you will love its location close to the port and shops: beautiful walks await you as you explore the village's typical flower-filled streets.

Its large living room opens onto a partially covered outdoor area equipped for al fresco dining around the barbecue.
