The iledere.com website is a tourist information and online booking service managed by SPL Destination Île de Ré.
SPL Destination Île de Ré acts as an intermediation platform between the visitor (client) and the suppliers of accommodation or tourist services listed on the website.
SPL Destination Île de Ré does not directly provide the services offered and does not intervene in the execution of the services booked. Any booking made via the website directly commits the customer to the supplier concerned.
2. How reservations work
The customer undertakes to respect the purchasing conditions defined by the supplier, particularly with regard to payment, cancellation or modification.
SPL Destination Île de Ré does not receive any commission once the service has been used: its role is strictly limited to putting the client in contact with the supplier.
The information displayed on the site (prices, availability, descriptions, photos, options, etc.) is provided and updated by the partners via their dedicated interface.
Destination Île de Ré SPL ensures that the information is consistent, but cannot guarantee that it is exhaustive or always up to date.
3. Responsibilities
SPL Destination Île de Ré acts exclusively as an intermediary. In this capacity :
- it does not guarantee the quality or conformity of the services provided by the partners,
- it does not intervene in the execution of the services booked,
- it cannot be held responsible for the progress of the holiday or for any failure on the part of the supplier.
Any complaint relating to a reservation, service, payment or cancellation must be addressed directly to the supplier concerned.
SPL Destination Île de Ré declines all responsibility in the event of error, omission or inaccuracy in the data supplied by the partners.
4. Intellectual property & website content
All content on the website (text, images, logos, data, graphics, databases, page structures, etc.) is the property of SPL Destination Île de Ré or its authorised partners.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, extraction, distribution, scraping or re-use – in whole or in part – is strictly prohibited without the express written authorisation of SPL Destination Île de Ré.

6. Charter for the use of customer reviews (FairGuest)
The site includes a review module provided by the company Raccourci (FairGuest), enabling visitors to evaluate the tourist accommodation and services listed.
Reviews are managed by SPL Destination Île de Ré, in accordance with Decree No. 2017-1436 of 29 September 2017 and the provisions of the Consumer Code.
6.1 Transparency and authenticity
The reviews published must come from users who have actually purchased or used the service. No purchased, fictitious or automatically generated reviews are accepted. Any attempt to manipulate reviews is strictly forbidden.
SPL Destination Île de Ré informs users, close to the FairGuest module :
- whether or not reviews are checked,
- the moderation procedures,
- their rights (modification, deletion, objection).
6.2 Moderation and publication
Reviews may be moderated or rejected if :
- they contain abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene or contrary to the laws in force,
- they do not relate to actual use of the service or are manifestly false,
- they violate the privacy of third parties
- they contain irrelevant personal data
- infringe copyright or any other legal provision.
Accepted notices will be published without modification, except in the case of formatting adjustments or the deletion of manifestly illegal elements.
6.3 Rights of review authors
Any user who has submitted a notice may request that it be modified or deleted via the contacts provided. SPL Destination Île de Ré undertakes to deal with such requests as quickly as possible.
6.4 Transparency and information
The procedures for collecting, moderating and publishing reviews – in particular whether or not a check is carried out, the rejection criteria and the rights of the authors – are specified in these General Conditions of Use. If a method of checking opinions is implemented, it is described in a clear, honest and accessible manner in this document.
6.5 Penalties in the event of a false review
The publication or promotion of manifestly false reviews exposes their author and, where applicable, the platform concerned to the civil and criminal penalties set out in the Consumer Code.
6.6 Complaints, suggestions and thanks
As part of its approach to continuous improvement, SPL Destination Île de Ré provides visitors with a system enabling them to submit any complaint, suggestion or thank-you concerning the welcome, services or tourist experience on the Île de Ré.
Complaints, verbal comments, suggestions or thanks are valuable information for improving the quality of service. They are processed in a structured way:
- Direct transmission to the professionals, local authorities or departments concerned;
- Analysed by the management of SPL Destination Île de Ré during monthly quality reviews;
- Presentation to and examination by the Destination Quality Group, made up of service providers who are representative of the economic and tourist activity of the area.Presentation and review by the Destination Quality Group, made up of service providers who are representative of the economic and tourist activity on the Île de Ré, elected representatives, members of the management of SPL Destination Île de Ré and its quality manager.
- This group meets at least twice a year to analyse any malfunctions encountered, identify the causes and suggest areas for improvement;
- Inclusion in SPL Destination Île de Ré’s activity reports, which are distributed annually to local authorities and partners.

7. Modification of the GCU
SPL Destination Île de Ré reserves the right to modify or update these general terms and conditions of use at any time. The version in force is that published on the website on the date of consultation.
