    - A meeting with a beekeeper to discover the world of bees and taste the fruits of their labour
    - A meeting with a salt producer to discover the richness of this "white gold" so dear to the island
    - A meeting with an oyster farmer, where you can sample some delicious oysters accompanied by a glass of local wine.
    - A tasting of one of the by-products of winegrowing on the island: a delicious dessert to round off your visit.
