    Practical info:
    - Meeting point at the children's play area, Cour Eugène Chauffour in La Flotte ;
    - Approx. 7km return bike ride
    - Remember to take a lock when visiting the Abbey;
    - Bikes are not supplied (opt for safety by hiring a serviced bike);
    - The highway code also applies to cyclists. To ensure everyone's safety, there will be a safety briefing before you set off: cyclists must obey the rules, and everyone is responsible for their own safety throughout the ride.
    - Helmets are compulsory for under-13s;
    - Public toilets available next to the starting point.
